511 CCTA E-BIKE Rebate Program
Adults (18+) living in Contra Costa County can apply for a rebate for a new e-bike purchased within the last six months. Rebate amount is based on income. Funding is provided from the local Measure J half-cent sales tax, which supports programs encouraging alternatives to the single occupant vehicle.

Peninsula CLEAN ENERGY E-Bike REBATE PROGRAM
The E-Bikes for Everyone program helps eligible residents purchase or lease a new e-bike. The incentive – up to $1,000 – will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

AVA Bike Electric rebate program
Ava Bike Electric is an incentive program run by Ava Community Energy where participants can receive an instant rebate of $400 to $1,500 off the purchase price of a brand-new qualifying e-bike. To be eligible for the Ava Bike Electric program, applicants must be: a customer of Ava Community Energy or a resident of Alameda County, 18 years of age or older, and able to show photo ID and proof of address during their rebate redemption. Please note: the last drawing for Ava Bike Rebates will be in September 2026 - the program will no longer be accepting applications after that.
