Andrew's Marathon race day mix

From Andrew:
"Fueling for a marathon for me starts the day before, focusing on hydration and getting in some carbs. On race morning I wake up 2 hours before the start and immediately get calories in to avoid feeling "full" on the start line. During the marathon I had one gel every 6 miles, or every 35-40 minutes. At the aid stations, I alternate between a few sips of water and a few sips of electrolyte drink. I make sure to take on calories and liquids before I feel like I need it."
