In 2005 Sports Basement expanded outside of San Francisco for the first time. After careful consideration, we put down roots in Sunnyvale, taking over an old Fry's Electronics building. If you look carefully, you can still find some weird little touches from those days, like the bits of floor painted to look like a circuit board. At the helm of our Sunnyvale store is General Manager Eric Solberg, who has been with the company since 2014 after years working as a sales rep for some of our favorite brands.

Sports Basement is a hub for local clubs, non-profits, and corporate partners. Our stores, in all their reclaimed glory, transform into whatever our community needs them to be. We serve as meeting halls, call centers, movie theaters, art galleries, yoga studios...we could even be a wedding venue if you want. And you can reserve any of our community spaces across all of our stores, for free, by clicking the buttons below - it's as simple as that because being a part of our communities should be the easiest thing in the world.
