for traveling and when it is cold
Best PUFFER for women's
I am a skier so regularly in cold climates over winter. However. Many of my great ski or north face puffers are great but are heavier when really cold. For the everyday cooler temps during winter in CA,, it makes me very warm while being lightweight so makes me feel like I'm being hugged 24/7. I'm petite 5'2" and it's not bulky ! Wasn't even looking but saw in store and the color and cut caught my eye first. Oh it's also functional - pockets , inside zip pocket, drawstring if needed, front zip and buttons. Absolutely love. Bought in the plume grey bc it's a soft steel blue really which is different than the black and olive and red coats I already have!
Underrated puffer!

Comments about BSNG-Basin Green / S
I purchased this as an alternative to the North Face retro nuptse jacket which looked too bulky on me (I am around 5'3" and petite frame). This jacket radiates warmth from the second you put it on, is incredibly soft and so far has held up well in moderate rain. There is an interior zip pocket which is helpful. I purchased a size S which gives a little room when wearing only over a longsleeve but fits perfectly with another thicker layer.
