Description
The ultra-cushioned game-changer. One of the hardest working shoes in the HOKA lineup, the Bondi 9 delivers peak plushness for everyday miles. Overhauled from top to bottom, they’ve increased the stack height and added a new premium foam midsole to deliver that soft, resilient ride that’s become synonymous with the Bondi. Elevated with a 3D molded collar and structured knit upper with zonal breathability, this ultra-cushioned cult favorite has been finished with Durabrasion rubber to combat high wear zones.

2nd HOKA product! UPGRADED and THRILLED!
I had a pair of the Clifton 8 walking shoes that I had worn the cushion out of after over two years of hard abuse. They had been recommended to me by my podiatrist, who sweated by them, and wore them himself., Dr. O'Carroll, who I saw in the his Santa Maria, CA office. I then saw many other healthca...

Missing the Bondi 8
I have about several pairs of Bondi 8. The Bondi 8 was the only shoe I could wear for 1+ year due to insertional tendinitis. I raved about the Bondi 8 to anyone who would listen. Fortunately, I "stocked up" on the Bondi 8 because I quickly returned the Bondi 9s. I am grateful that Hoka has a gene...

Very comfortable
Taking them out the box, I was very skeptical of the material. It's very lightweight for a shoe. Once I put them on, and walked in them, they are breathable and the thick sole helps a lot with my plantar faciitis. The sole makes me feel like I'm bouncing or barely touching the ground. I stand and walk a lot for work and these relieve the pressure on my heels. Worth the price for sure.
Bondi 9
Absolutely love my Bondi's! I have a dog walking business and literally walk all day 5 days a week. These sneakers really help with my fallen arch and Plantar Fasciitis. Before I started wearing these Bondi's my feet would just ache at the end of the day. These are like walking on clouds, so much cushion, which is great for the impact your feet receive with every step. Highly recommend!
Most comfortable sneakers I own
Feels like you're walking on a cloud. Most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. Perfect if you're on your feet all day.
I will continue to buy these shoes great nursing shoes
Work and casual. Have bought 4 different styles and love them all. Especially RN work
Just okay?
I loved the Bondi 8. The width was amazing and I was so happy when I found them because I had finally found a show with a front foot width that kept me stable (I roll my ankles a lot after developing weak ankles after years of horseback riding.) I just got the Bondi 9's and they definitely squeeze your feet, and they don't have the stability in the ball of the foot or toe box down that the Bondi 8 did, in my opinion. Kinda bummed out.
No longer a Hoka fan
I purchased the Bondi 8 several months ago. They were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and I was sold. I purchased the Bondi 9 and I am so disappointed. I gave it my best shot but they hurt my feet. They are more narrow and don't even seem to fit correctly. I do not have a wide foot so I will not be purchasing the wide version. Please go back to your Bondi 8 design!

Finding the perfect fit can indeed be a journey, but don't stress. If this model left you longing for an older pair, you could always check availability with authorized retailers near you by clicking here: bit.ly/HOKAStores to see if they still have the Bondi 8 style available.
thick and hard tongue edges
i loved the cushion level and its support for my damaged feet. plus it looked great as well. only if the tongue was longer and would not overlapp the hard edge of its collar. together they pressed the bone on my ankle. i can not break shoes no more. thats why i look for good sneakers with thick cushion. for my daily use. i returned and re ordered another exact pair. alas, the problem remained. although in the pictures on the website you can see on all colors that the tongue is at least 1/2" longer than the edge of collar. i believe this problem has been a manufacturing error on this style. i will wait a month and try ordering the pair again if its available, hoping this series will be sold by then. thats how much i loved them.
I would but this again
Very comfy, plenty of cushion and fits nicely. Love the color. This is my second pair of the same make and model. My old feet appreciate the comfort.
