The overall rack is great quality and fits perfectly. No complaints there, but for how expensive the rack system is it should include the locking mechanism and keys. Having to purchase those separately for additional money is just not right. So, if it would include those I would give it 5 stars no problem.

I bought this about 5 months ago, and it has held up amazingly. I followed all of the instructions to set up and they were very clear. I have used them to put surfboards on my roof and strap them, and they were very secure. Now I have my ski box on and they are still working perfectly! Every once in a while I will check to make sure they are torqued properly but have never had any issues. They look good, are easy to use and install, very sturdy, and overall a great purchase!

Bought these for my A4 Allroad. Great design, quiet, solid. Look cool. Note that both the printed instructions and the YouTube animated installation video are terrible. Neither offer any real clues on the rubber strip installation, which end of the bar faces forward, etc. so there was some trial and error. Probably wasted 10-15 minutes peering at tiny drawings and pausing animated CAD illustrations. In the end everything worked out.

this was a horrible experience. 3 boxes of parts, some not compatible. bad pics for instructions and for the cost of this system there should not be this much assembly required.
