I Give Up! Returned.
I wanted a pair of waterproof hiking shoes for the summer, and tried a different brand that ended up not absorbing as much shock as I needed, so I returned to Hokas, which have been my go-to sneakers for walking & hiking for years. This is the fourth pair of shoes I've ordered and returned to Hoka i...

Not the color I expected
I thought the whole sneaker would be cream that why I purchased it cause of the color. It has a light gray suede like material in the front, to my dismay it's not completely cream color. Too much of a hassle to return cause it took Hoka a month to refund the money for the black ones when I wanted...

Top notch product!
The transport looks great and fits perfectly. I love it! I got this for an international trip I will be taking. It is the perfect blend of comfort and style. I couldn't be happier.
Great Shoe
This shoe is very comfortable. I've used it for general walking and hiking. I like that it has good room for toes and great support. I'd buy it again.
Comfortable and Waterproof
Not as plush as a the Bondi that I usually wear, and that is good in this instance, it helps the shoe have better traction. Walked all over in the pouring rain and my feet weren't even slightly wet. Very large though, had to send them back and get a 1/2 size smaller.
100/10 would buy again
I bought these in a moment of panic the night before a half marathon on a trail IN 6" OF SNOW. I did not plan ahead because I figured our race would get postponed and I grabbed these knowing I already have a pair of hokas and am familiar with the brand. these shoes absolutely saved my feet. I felt comfortable, dry, and my feet were the perfect temp for the entire 13.1 miles. will absolutely get more use out of these!!!
Waterproof, comfortable, and warm
I wear these on hikes and walks in winter weather in the NW Chicago suburbs. I depend on my Bondi 7's in dependable weather but my feet get cold in the winter. The Transport Chukka exceeded my expectations. The only thing that I am a bit wary of is the elastic laces - I hope they hold up!
Comfortable
I bought the Transport Chukka GTX as a Chicago winter walking shoe. I usually wear the Bondi. The Transport Chukka GTX met my expectations. It is comfortable and has good traction. It fits true to size and is easy to slip on and off.
Love these for Winter go-to
I bought these for the style and warmth. They fit my narrow foot great and I love the elastic laces and toggles for ease. I wear them to work at a hospital and they support my arthritic feet well. I also wear them walking the dog in all weather and they are waterproof in snow and I like the reflectivity. My only negative is that they do not have a lot of ankle support. I did buy two pair and wear them a lot
Good wet weather walking shoe
Got these for dog walking and they turned out to be comfortable and actually waterproof. There's pretty good traction, even in snow. The slip-on bungee laces are nice and (so excited about this) it's the first shoe with a heel pull tab that works. They do run larger than my normal size, even with multiple socks. Wouldn't recommend for actual hiking as there's no ankle support.
They past the test. Worth the buy!
I wear hoka tennis shoes all the time. I needed something waterproof since I have dogs. We walk in all weather. So I ordered these chukka's and they past the rain, snow & cold weather test. They kept my feet warm, dry and comfortable. I know they're expensive but it was worth it. I've had them for a month and praying the hold up.
Just what I've been searching for!
I absolutely love these! They fit so comfortably, good support, traction and easy to get on an off! I got them for Christmas and they are perfect for winter snow-walking, hiking or running errands around town! I have an older version of Hoka's which I really like too but the ease of getting these on and off is the best!
