I wear these under a bib with a thinner liner and it was super comfortable for a 1-hour ride on bumpy NYC streets. I'm sure they will be comfortable for longer rides too! For anyone who's wondering, Sugoi provided me with this info: "The liner has the RC Pro Chamois in it which is good for 2-3 hours. Sugoi offers 3 chamois in their shorts/bib. The Formula FX Chamois (3 plus hours), The RC Pro Chamois (2-3 hours) and the RC 100 Chamois (1-2 hours)." Sports Basement has the best price and shipping was fast and free. My new favorite site!
