Since you asked, Sports Basement sent me a pair of pants that were the completely WRONG STYLE, WRONG COLOR, AND WRONG SIZE! When I notified them of this, they told me that they no longer had the pants I actually ordered, and that their warehouse people must "have been working too fast". I was required to take the wrong pants to the UPS store, in order to ship them back, to get them to give me a refund for THEIR MISTAKE. It is has been a week, and UPS has still not gotten them back, so I have still not received my refund. By the way, there is no way to actually call Sports Basement. Their phone number listed on their website does not actually get you to a person, so there's only email. Since they have decided to email me asking me for a review, I am obliging. Their customer service is THE WORST!!!
