Great pants for cycling
I bought these pants for riding on my recumbent bike during my commute. I asked a friend who lived in Amsterdam for 9 months what she used and these were it. They handled Amsterdam rain on the bike fine and are still going strong! They are light-weight and keep me dry. It's really all I can ask for....

not a bad product
I purchased these rain pants because of easy accuse of getting them on and off without taking my work boots off. I wish they had a few extra snaps by the ankels to make them tighter so the don't drag on the ground I am 5' tall and my biggest obstacle is finding a pair of rain pants that give me roo...

I wanted to like these pants but sadly they were a bit tighter fitting than I wanted.
Great rain pants
Great rain protection pants. I love the way they zip completely on both sides. That makes it very convenient to pull them off and on.
Great rain pants. Excellent full length zippers!
I like these rain-proof pants so much that this is my 2nd pair, after using the 1st pair for 10+ yrs. The best feature, other than being waterproof, is that they zip the full length of the pants. SO, easy to get on or off over muddy hiking boots. I bought them a bit large to fit over lightweight hiking pants, but still good over a simple base layer when you're doing strenuous hiking and generating a lot of heat.
Water repellent but not waterproof
I have been working outside 8 hours a day this summer and have worn these rain pants on the many days of heavy, unrelenting rain we have had this summer in Vermont. They are fairly breathable, comfortable, and definitely repel water for awhile in lighter rain. However, after several hours of constant rain, they do soak through and my legs and undergarments get wet. In contrast, my Gortex Marmot jacket keeps me dry even after an entire day in pouring rain! For this reason, I'm considering upgrading to the Marmot Gortex rain pants.
Rain pants that work for short women
This is my second pair of these. I have not yet had a chance to wear them because the weather has been nice. But what I love about them is that the fully separating zippers allow me to don and doff them without the need to tak my boots off and on. Even more importantly you make them in a short length (I am only 5'1") and that is the ONLY way this concept works. You cannot reasonably shorten rainpaints with a separating zipper--you have to start out with the correct length and not many companies cater to this need.
Women's PreCip Eco full-zip rain pants-short
Liked the full-zip feature for ease of putting on over pants and boots, also the XS short length, for petite size women. I'm under 5 ft and weigh 92lbs. They covered the tops of my shoes without being too long. However, did not try them in the rain. Sadly, returned them, because the waist was too tight over other layers of clothes. A drawstring in the waistband could allow for a looser fit or option to tighten. They might have been great for the rainy days in the PNW in Oregon.
Great gear!
My wife and I both own these rain pants and we love them. I had to by a 2nd pair for my wife because she utilized her first pair almost daily when through hiking the AT last year.
They fit!
I am 4'11", 100lbs and these are gonna work for me! Have not had the need to use them yet as I purchased them for a spring trip. Have tried them on to test out the full side zip feature. The side zip will be priceless when having to quickly get these pants on while NOT taking off hiking boots!
Overall versatile and protective
Love these pants - perfect for wearing as a rainproof shell and love the full-zip. I'm 5'3 and the short are still a _little_ long on the inseam, but better long than too short!
