Not sure why reviews are requested just after a purchase but… I bought this to "replace"my favorite 1/4 zip that I've had for 13 years. Love the fit, warmth on cold days, how it's cool on warmer days, light weight for backpacking & how quickly it dries. The last pullover was with me on 58 Colorado 14ers, over 500 miles through the Dolomites and Carnic Alps, over 200 ski days, numerous nights as my PJs for camping, & around town. I remember thinking it was a bit pricey 😂 but clearly worth the money. If you spend a lot of time outdoors & you don't have a wool set, you're missing out. They're life changing!

My skin is very sensitive to wool but I find this top soft and comfortable to wear. It's warm and close fitting as well as lightweight. I plan to bring it on an upcoming trip to the Arctic. While I mainly plan to wear it as a base layer, it's attractive enough to wear alone.

I own several of these 1/4 zips in different colors. This time I bought the Pool Blue Joviansphere. It's so vibrant and beautiful. I also have the matching merino base layer crew neck in this style and I love it. Now I can double-down on this awesome style by wearing the 1/4 zip on top of the matching crew neck. The fabric is so comfortable to wear: soft and non-itchy. It's warm but somehow also breathable, and it doesn't hold any odor. Highly recommend!!
