It's embarrassing that a shoe company makes unwalkable shoes
For a shoe company that makes billions of revenue, do you not have staff to test the shoes before you launch them? You have people pay $100+ for these shoes that cause them continuous frustration to wear. It is like walking with two huge foam bricks tied to my feet, and they fall off with every step...

Defective. The fabric splits.

I've only had these for 1 month and they split. I've looked all over the website for the warranty forms and I've texted customer service multiple times over a 2 day period. Today I recieved a text response after 5.5 hours of waiting but customer only gave me 5 mins to respond and they closed my inquiry. The boots were very expensive and they are defective. Ugg customer service is no help and the warranty form is impossible to find.

It is simply embarrassing for a shoe company to launch a pair of shoes people cannot walk in. From a business and user experience perspective, it is absurd to me how this shoe could have even been released. From design to final launch, imagine all the meetings the execs sat through for this shoe, and yet did no one bothered to put them on and walk 10 steps?
