Finally a true Extra Wide Hoka. I have wide feet and they have finally got the fit correct. Now they need to produce more fun colors I would by one in each color. fit was nice and shoe was comfortable from the start of me wearing.

For years I have been searching for a right fit shoes until I found Hoka Bondi 8 and 9. First I got a Bondi 8 later got another pair Bondi 9. Now I walk without having to worry about ache or tripping. Both shoes provide utmost comfort and stability and so much plush support. I like the fact they both have a sole that is stacked correctly to walk tall & with confidence. All my family members each have a Hoka pair. Going for long walks has never been so relaxing and pain-free.

I have run in Hoka Bondis for years, I am 68 now with plenty of age arthritis and they make the difference. Last pair I bought had a wider flair to sole and they both rubbed my foot and didn't fit as well. Saw in picture the Bondi 9 looked different and made the leap of faith to try again. They fit excellently, don't rub, and are super comfy to run in. So yay to designers, a big fan again.

I've owned Bondi 7, Bondi 8 and recently purchased Bondi 9. The Bondi 9 shoes are narrow and squeezes your toes, not comfortable. The new design for the Bondi 9 is very disappointing. I returned them.

Ruined the bondi

I have had bondi 7 and bondi 8. I was happy with both. I have small feet. I am on the small side of toe width. These shoes are to narrow in the toes. I don't even have wide feet, why would I need wides? On the second day of wearing these, I feel lumps in the cushion on the left side. Is that normal? Will it straighten out? I'm not sure about these at all. I need cushion I am a stylist and stand for 10 hrs a day. I told everyone to buy bondi. I would not recommend these now. Most people bought bondi for standing and walking not for running. Maybe hoka didn't realize that but, they missed it with these bondi 9.

We agree with you being on your feet all day at work, you need a lot of cushion. Since this style didn't feel the best, we recommend sending them back within the 30-day window for an easy exchange. Please keep double checking our site as our Bondi 7 style often restocks or give our Gaviota 5 style a chance as they have a similar feel as the Bondi 8 style with added stability.
