Comfortable, but threads are coming out.
Very comfortable and soft, but after one wearing and washing, they look like old socks with threads sticking up everywhere. I even thought they were inside out, at first, but they weren't. I feel like they aren't going to last very long at all.

I have seven pair of this particular pair of socks. I received my two newest pair and wore a pair the same day I got them on a run. Unfortunately, this time around I did get a blister on my right foot. Normally these socks are a great sock, I must of got a bad pair this time.

The socks have minimal fabric on top, which results in irritation on the tops of my toes when I wear them for running. I don't have this problem with injinji, bombas, etc. and it's a bummer. I would like to return them for this reason but the order status is closed.

I own a pair of Balega socks that I've been using for 6 years and look like new. I bought 5 pairs of Balega socks a month ago and I was very excited to try them on but I was disappointed when I received them. Thread is coming off from all the pairs of socks and they do not feel sturdy as the one's I've been wearing for years. I am not sure if the quality of the Balega socks changed but that would explain it.

These socks are highly durable. In fact,, I have several pair that are older than 10 years. They were my favorite running socks. Since, I'm a hiker now, I tried them with my boots. My feet are happy ! The fit molds to my feet , and I am a happy camper!
