It's fine
I think the material itself is fine, and the weatherproofing is definitely great. However, I have two problems with this jacket; one, the hood is tiny. If you zip up all the way, your head will uncomfortably squeeze through and you can't wear your hair in a ponytail or anything because it won't fit....

I missed the old one. It went to a newest design fir a semi light wind winter jacket a 300. This new one design is less complex, less features! What I like the most was their special wing proof coat lining! Missing the foldable hood and velcro snap. Missing front closure velcro. Old one was more solid built and top stitching on it. Inner pocket was harder and top shell as well. Please! I do not intend to offend no one here. I wanted to express my honest experiences on this type of garment high performances. The North face wind and winter coat are Super!! Many thanks!

I like the fit and color. I'm more on the petite side so the length was also not too cropped. The one thing I didn't was the drawstring at the bottom which was too long and could have benefitted from having clips on the end.
