Uncomfortable shoulder strap
It would have been used to bring personal items, electronics and an emptied water bottle as airplane carry on. It would then become a very lightly loaded daypack when out and exploring cities, wineries, museums, etc.. The lock that allows one shoulder strap to be locked around a chair is poorly positioned at the top of the strap. It immediately started rubbing into my shoulder. It also tended to fall over far too easily. This and the strap discomfort made me decide to return the pack. It's too bad because having the ability to add a hydration bladder would have been very useful.
