I usually wear size M with Castelli bibs (5'7" 150), the length on these are longer than my other bibs same size. If I had sized down, the straps would then have been too tight but the length would have probably been more ideal. Such is the hit and miss with Castelli sizing. Overall they are comfortable for long distance and the pockets are able to accommodate an iPhone 13 pro no problem.
