I recently bought this bike at SB-Presidio and when I went to pick it up at the Bryant Street location it wasn't ready as promised. I spoke with GM - Kendra and she got it done but the bike was not put together right, flat tires, the chain & shifter not working. Sadly, the bike was stolen 3 days later! I worked with the SB-Presidio team to get a new bike. When I got it yesterday, I was upset to see the brakes were not ready despite being told the bike was in good order. I asked the service dept to fix them. The guy said, "he couldn't do it that day, it would take all day to do, had no date when it could be done", and was rude in general. I asked two managers to help me find a solution to get the brakes fixed at the Bryant St location- (closer to me) and no solutions have been given, they just keep pushing the problem back on ME! I spent 3k on bikes & equipment for this? When I even asked if the brakes were o.k. to use till they get fixed, I was told, "I dunno, maybe?". Most of the hourly bike team is great but this is ridiculous. So that is two bikes purchased new that were put together POORLY with no apologies or offers to help. Very dissapointing.
