I would never buy this again

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Total waste of $ and time. I am a professionsl photographer.m I am good with mechanical things and I CANNOT set a new combination even after I went on the website and followed the directions several times. Also tried one of the reviewer's method to set it, but nothing works.

This is a TSA so keep that in mind. I own about 5 of the key version of this lock and I can tell you this lock is more sturdy. I also find the combo version more convenient.

I'm a big Eagle Creek fan, so I thought this would be a quality lock. First, no instructions. What are they thinking? Second, I finally learned on-line how to set it, but once out of the package it is clearly a piece of junk. I have several locks from makers such as Lewis & Clark that are nice devices. Eagle Creek: Why put your name and reputation on this flimsy piece of junk? It's going back to The Container Store for a refund.

Works very well. Easy to change the code (works just like every other lock out there). Very stylish. Easy to read the numbers. I have 5 (yes FIVE) for my back pack. I can lock each compartment.

Bought the lock, tried to change the code, just like other people it's just seized up and is unable. If Eagle Creek think this is doing their reputation any good, they should think again - I hope my new bag is better..

Lock comes without instructions on how to set combo. Went on line and watched the video three times. Followed the instructions exactly. After setting the combination as instructed tried to pull out the shackle. It would not budge. Now stuck with a worthless and unusable lock.

This product never set and never worked. Bought in Richmond while traveling and could not remove it. Cut it off. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT.
