I like Speedplay/Wahoo cleats as you can clip in on either side of the pedal. You press down and clip in. It is fast. The cleats are easy to change. They also have a walkable cleat cover to reduce the wear and tear on the cleat.
Love the black color, way better than the old yellow color :

I like that they are black and look sleek and blend in with the black soles of my road shoes. They are easy to install and have lots of adjustability.
