I generally love hydro flasks products, but this one has a poor design. The seam at the bottom strap cuts into my side hand and the thumb hole makes my thumb go numb. tried changing strap tightness but it didn't help with either.

This flask is a great size and I like that I can switch hands with the thumb holder. I have arthritis in my thumbs and this is really comfortable to run with long distances.
