These are my go to socks for skiing in all kinds of weather. These socks are thinner that some of my older SmartWool ski socks, but I recently replaced the liners in my ski boots and now need less sock between me and the boot. They are very comfortable and quite absorbent, which is a big benefit for those of us with sweaty feet.

Super soft and cozy. If you like a little more padding, these are winners. I usually wear minimalist ski socks, and decided to try just a tiny bit of cushioning. Honestly, I probably still prefer the zero cushion for hard skiing, but these are good for very cold days or for hikes & other activities where a little more padding is welcome.

I bought these for my mom. She absolutely loves the ski socks and the fact they go up over the calves. This is her winter go to sock no matter where she is, if inside or out at a bonfire or walking around her feet stay toasty. She likes the black and blue and the fact it doesnt peek out of the pants leg so it looks like just black socks that are super warm.
