It may keep something warm for two hours but, that is it. Very disappointed and expensive. Would not recommend. Will not keep anything hot.

This is my first Yeti tumbler. I was excited when it was delivered. I washed it right away so I could use it. I tried to put ice on the juice to see how cold it would last. and I was surprised because for 10 hours, it was still cold and the ice was still there.

I love the Yeti 20 oz tumbler mainly for use as a travel cup for my coffee. It holds just enough coffee (more than a little bit, but not too much) so I feel satisfied but not over-caffeinated by the end of my drink. Coffee stays hot for a very long time. I can pack this for work, set it on my desk and sip on it all morning long and it's still just right till the last drop. It is great for homemade Americanos and saved me a bundle that I would have otherwise spent at coffee shops. The insulation is top-notch! No more burning my hands with a hot paper cuppa joe.
