Thule Fit Guide inaccurate
I used the online Thule fit guide to pick out the bike rack. When it arrived, the detailed instruction said that it was not recommended for my Honda Fit Sport. I checked the online Thule fit guide again, thinking, "How did I mess this up," and I didn't... I'll be sending this back...

Set up was easy and quick. Unfortunately the front part of my bike frame is too large for the holder and having a full suspension bike stops you from being able to use the anti-sway clip. This results in the bike not feeling like it's securely mounted. This carrier would be great for a road bike or a hard-tail mtb.

Purchased about 2 months ago. Using daily. The rubber hold down straps and the carriers to hold the bike in place are not very durable. The carriers that cradle the bike where the straps attach are not made well. Durability a major issue. In use since 08 2023

I purchased the 2 bike Thule passage. It is pretty easy to install although, there is a few things I do not like. Starting off with the fact that it has no "locking features" such as being able to lock it into my car, so it isn't so easy to steal. Literally someone can just loosen up the straps and take the bike rack with no problem. With that being said I have to take it off when I get to my ride location, finish my ride re-install it. Which is a small hassle but still annoying. Another thing I do not like is that when I'm driving on the freeway my bike tends to swing. I know it's secured but it still makes me feel un-easy. Definitely not what I expected, then I tried to return it or exchange it, but I couldn't because I signed up for the pro-deal as an emergency responder, and now I'm stuck with a product that was not cheap and that I do not like.

Pretty easy to mount once you do it the first time. Easy on, easy off. Secure fit to car and to bike. Straps are much longer than I need but maybe other users will be grateful for the extra length. Stable and secure.

Easy to install, fits bike perfectly ! It's pretty sturdy and the bike secures well with the straps . My son who is 15 years of age is able to place the bike on the wrack with no problem. Highly recommend
