I have a few sets each of specter and original sacs. I may buy a Golden State set if they ever become available again, but that would be the last time I buy specter. BECAUSE: 1) the triangular clip on the specter style is pretty much worthless. It is too small and the spring arm is way too stiff. That clip only serves as decoration and a tab to hold while you're zipping/unzipping. 2) in both my specter sets, the smallest sac, which got a lot of use because of its handy size, the "parachute" fabric shredded, up near the zipper, rendering this most useful size useless. WHEREAS: the original style has a genuinely functional clip, in both size and ease of use, and none of my original sacs have shredded. The material is very lightweight and translucent and extremely hardy. I really do like the sac line; they are a handy helpful useful grab for so many purposes, which is why I keep buying them. I like to have them close at hand at all times. But as between the original and the specter styles, hands down, the original style is best, so forego your fancy colors and patterns if you can.

I have several cubes from xxs to large. Very helpful in organizing and maximizing packing space. The flexibility of the fabric lets the cube take on the shape of whatever is inside. The white color also makes the contents visible without having to open the cube. I use the xxs size for hair clips, watch etc.

I bought 13 sets of these to give as holiday gifts this year. They're perfect for our outdoor, nature loving friends, and the design features many of California's iconic treasures: bears, lavender, artichokes and more! Very colorful and handy for packing.

Use this product for backpacking and absolutely love it. Never had a leak, zipper break or tear/hole. Great for toiletries as a space for cold weather gear like hats gloves and socks and I manage to fit food for 7 days in the large bag!

Love these, however, I truly wish you would sell them individually. Or ( what I need!) a set of 3 of the small ones in 3 different colors. That would be ideal for me!
