I always use this helmet whether I'm biking to work or doing a long Sunday ride. It's very light and surprisingly comfortable. The only drawback is the price--this is not a cheap helmet! But I like the idea of protecting my brain. I have fallen off my bike before with a cheap helmet and ended up with a concussion. Now I research the quality of helmets and this one gets great safety reviews, and my brain is worth the cost.
