Description

Both lightweight and flexible, the GEL-GAME 9 tennis shoe is versatile for all-court players. Featuring an open mesh design on the upper to improve airflow and keep feet cool, this shoe is complemented with synthetic leather overlays and a PU (polyurethane) film that offers improved stability when making abrupt transitions. The TRUSSTIC® technology in the midsole generates better stability on the court. At the same time, the new tooling combines an EVA midsole foam with GEL® technology cushioning in the forefoot to increase shock absorption. Additionally, the improved outsole offers better flexibility and a more durable design.

Comfortable shoe out of the box and offers good mobility on the hard court, but I haven't used these enough yet to give a confident endorsement. I did notice that my usual Asics size 11 was a bit snug in this model, so I needed to exchange for a half size up.

I play pickleball 4-6 hours 5 days a week. These shoes were great right out of the box ! Highly recommend. I rotate several pairs of shoes and will be transitioning them all to the gel-game 9s as they wear out . Excellent shoe !

This is my 2nd pair of Gel Game 9 red shoes. I own 15 pair of various Gel court shoes for pickleball which I play 5 times a week. The fit is consistent between all the pairs thankfully. I use both indoor and outdoor court shoes and look for new colors and sale prices. I have the same shoe in white with the red logo. They all look nice, feel good and grip the floor as needed.
