One of the pairs had a small pull in the back by the heel above where the extra cushion was and so I went to remove it and it caused a hole in the first wear of them. Literally had them on for an hour. I contacted customer service and all I can say is the slow response time and response was so bad that I will think twice of ordering Stance again. Stand behind your product and don't take three weeks to get back to someone.
