These are great minimalist sandals. Fit and feel is nice straps are padded. Size is a half size bigger but will wear nice. I really like the color.

Still OK, not as good as previous Hurricanes
I've been wearing Tevas of one flavor or another for the last 17 years, and they're what I wear most days. Apart from a couple of one-off purchases, they've all been Hurricanes, mostly Hurricane 2s. I've hiked at least a couple hundred miles a year in them for the last five or six years. Last year I...

I have purchased these again & again!
I use my TEVAS year round much to my children's dismay, because I add socks in the winter to keep my feet warm!!!
Son and husband love them
Husband's first pair of sandals, and son loves his too
awesome
These funky colors are what bought my attention. I'm not normally a hurricane fan, usually an original fan but it's the vivid green that sold me. The heel strap is adjustable unlike the original (I don't know if that's a feature of the hurricane) but that is nice. Fits snug when properly strapped and feels great with each stride. One small change, or alteration I would love to see is the heel strap being removable or swappable. Convertible from full support to slide mode when needed. Otherwise, this sandal is amazing.
Over & over!!!
I have approx 12-14 pair of TEVAS. And I bought countless pair for my now grown children & their littles peeps. Wear them year round!
Great kicks for everyday walkabouts
While it took a few days wearing these to adapt my feet to the plastic parts, eventually everything is comfortable. I've worn them on paved and dirt trail walks, shopping, moving furniture, and just kicking about the house. They are quite comfy and look like they are going to hold up for quite awhile.
Teva sandal review
I have multiple Teva sandals, I like my HydraTrak best, I have recently purchased the Hurricane XL2, I like these sandals too. I think these will be a very useful addition.
Not the same ate as as before
Would give the new hurricane a negative stars if possible. Used to love these shoes to take on vacation and would buy two pairs at a time. The last two years these shoes has gone down hill. Bought two brand new pairs and took a pair on vacation to Hawaii. The strap broke on the first day as we were walking along the beach. Fast forward 6 month… and a new pair of tevas.. back on vacation and on the first day the strap broke again. Called Teva but since these were bought over a year nothing they can do…. So $200 + down the drain.

We never mean to let you down and we know how upsetting having a broken strap on vacation would be. As most material and manufacturing defects arise within the first year of wear, we recommend wearing your pair as soon as you receive them.
