This cooler is amazing. Took it with us to the Indy 500. Survived the 4 hour rain delay and is completely waterproof. Kept everything cold all day and all night. Drinks left in the cooler overnight were still cold even after the ice had melted. Definitely add a medium Thin Ice. If you're on the fence, just take the plunge and buy it. You won't regret it.

I love the size and weight with and without the cans. It's easy to carry & open to get into the pack. I like the side pouch although it should have a larger pouch on one side so I can carry a water bottle on the outside or sunscreen. It keeps my things very cold. I bought one of the pouches attached it. So far I love it.

This is a great cooler for 1-2 people, not any more than that. It is very durable, stays cold, and seems like it would be good for hiking for a light-mid distance. It is difficult to overpack this cooler There is not much flexibility to do so.
