DO NOT BUY THESE SANDALS! I've only had them for one year and BOTH STRAPS BROKE while I was wearing them for the first time this season! When I looked closer, the straps were only glued in and then stitched in by only a running decorative stitch... I called customer service and they couldn't do anyt...

DO NOT BUY THESE SANDALS! I've only had them for one year and BOTH STRAPS BROKE while I was wearing them for the first time this season! When I looked closer, the straps were only glued in and then stitched in by only a running decorative stitch... I called customer service and they couldn't do anything for me because my 1 year warranty was up... which passed only 9 days ago. I thought Ugg would be good quality, but clearly THEY ARE NOT!! Save yourself some money and purchase somewhere else. These aren't even my daily sandals and they still aren't durable. Very surprised and unhappy about my purchase with Uggs.
