I have an 2020 Outback with raised rails. Evo flush Rail is required to accommodate the Hulavator. Thule Rep knew the solution and directed to the right hardware. Highly recommend contacting Thule if you have rack for vehicle questions.

I have not used the rack yet. I only use it to transport our tandem bike. My wife will only use the bike trails. We bought a new vehicle and I just assembled the rack yesterday. We have a 2023 Nissan Rogue and my old rack was for my 2012 Nissan Sentra. That rack would clamp onto the roof inside of the doors. This car has flush roof rails and I needed to install 4 brackets that bolt into the roof and then the rack clamps onto those brackets. I mounted my old tandem rail onto the new rack as well as my 2 other rails. This rack is more difficult to mount to the brackets compared to the old clamp on rack for my Sentra. It is a good system though and very secure, Just takes more time to clamp to the brackets. My experience with Thule is that they make very good roof rack systems.

The noise level my roof rack makes is beyond wild.. the amount of money I paid for it and for it to make a humming sound is very annoying.. great quality great product by the aero dynamics that gose behind it, lacks…. I might return it

The fit guide is not clear. It was not evident that the platforms come a shell with no way to clamp to your vehicle. Extremely disappointed in this product and how unclear the required items are. Complete failure on Thule's part.
