If you like coffee, carbs, and protein post very hard workout, get this! It may help you feel normal, faster, and resume non-workout activities more happily. *Worldwide* consensus is that this is the best Skratch Recovery mix flavor, but I heard rumors from a rep at a race that they will discontinue the coffee flavor in late 2023!

I used to use Fluid for recovery religiously, but Sports Basement stopped carrying it. I switched to Skratch Recovery (the Chocolate flavor) and now use it after every workout. Tastes great--like a real chocolate shake. Pro-tip: add a little water at first to mix into a slurry, then add the rest of the water. (When you add all of the water at once, it's tough to mix out the clumps.)
