Comments about ONE / One Size
This pull-up bar comes with lots of grip and height options, has high quality construction, and is a good value compared to other similar doorframe, pull-up bars (ones with multiple grip and height options). A simple doorframe pull-up bar only has the lower bar, because this has the higher section it allows me to do pull-ups with my legs straight down (I'm 5'6") and taller people don't have bend their knees or lift their legs as much. I have tried using for dips and pushups on the floor, and it's stable for that too. It does creak a little, maybe from the extra leverage applied to the doorframe from the high section, but it feels stable. Also, while the high section is a bonus and also allows it to sit on the floor for dips and pushups, it does make the whole thing bulkier, so it's harder to tuck away in a closet or something when not in use.
