Light up the entire area. The innovative design of the EAL40R provides multiple ways to control its high-powered light. This lantern truly takes over the dark at its max brightness of 2500 lumens. Flip the Color Shift ™ zone selector switch to toggle between these options. Multiple light modes—warm low, warm medium, warm, cool low, cool medium, cool high, red, red flashing—provide an option for every scenario. Carry the EAL40R by the foldable handle just as you would a traditional lantern or hang it by the integrated carabiner located on the bottom of the lantern. The COAST Rechargeable Plus system runs the lantern on the included ZX740 ZITHION-X™ rechargeable battery, which recharges via a USB-C in/out port. The light can also run on six AA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). Monitor the battery life indicator to know when it’s time to recharge. Then plug into the USB-C port and keep track of power status with the charge indicator. The USB-C port also gives power to recharge other devices in a pinch. Constructed of top-grade materials, the EAL40R is rated IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant, backed by the COAST lifetime warranty.

I received this for free as a product tester. It really came in handy recently when a tornado wiped out the electricity for about 5 days. It was used in the house, outside to work on generator and to walk the dog. It lit up the entire house when needed. Less the red light to use as not to wake anyone else up. I also like the little power button stays dimly lit so it's easy to find in the dark. Charges fast as well.

This thing can get bright! Took it out on my recent Scouts trip and it kept us lit up for just over 2 hours at full brightness which is about what's advertised! What's great is you can also change it out for 3 AA batteries if you need to but you can also hook up an external battery pack which makes this thing last all night! Would highly recommend this light for your camping activities!

I was given this product to use and review. I love it! 1 feature that I REALLY like is the power button stays lit...it's just bright enough to see, which makes it easier to locate in a hurry when the power goes out. The battery lasts a good while and you can use it to charge your devices. It's not a rapid charger, so make sure you start your device charging well before it is close to dead. I charged it from dead to full in about an hour. It's dual power as well, you can use AA batteries or the rechargeable one it comes with. You can also use batteries, while you remove the rechargeable battery and charge it separately. Only downfall I've come across is you cannot use it while charging with a battery pack. I will update with pictures as soon as I can.
