I had to get 1/2 size larger because my regular size was small but this seems to fit like it's my size. Still have to get used to the spikes and 'cradle' fit, so taking it slow by walking just a few minutes/day, indoors only. I hope it gets more comfortable with time. I feel a bit shaky and like I might slip. I like the mesh and light weight of the shoe. helps my wide toes to fit in comfortably
