I did upwards of 90 miles on 3 pairs of these socks in a 10-day period at Philmont Scout Ranch, New Mexico, and in July, with a 45lb pack. I will never buy any other sock.

Soft, cushiony, and warm. I wear a size 11 Women's, which honestly feels like it falls in the middle. The large is just a bit roomy — so not quite as warm and cozy as they could be — but the medium is just a little too tight. Only thing that would make these socks better would be an in-between size. They get 5 stars anyway, they're really nice!
