The fabric does not let your skin breath: Sweat!

I bought this shirt a year ago and tried to used it many times, but it does not work for me. The fabric does not let your skin breath and makes you sweat like crazy. The shirt gets soaked in rapidly (especially on the back if you have a backpack). I own several sun shirts like this (several brands) and use them regularly for hiking and mountain biking, but this is the only one that breaths so little. Not ok for sunny hot placed like southern California. I am no longer using it.

Purchased this shirt for all day sun protection while kayaking mid summer. Does the job well. Material is very thin and avoids over-heating.

This shirt should provide excellent sun protection and comfort while kayaking four or five hours per day. It is very light material which should work well under a life jacket. Expecting that the tabs for holding the rolled up long sleeves, will keep things tidy and functional.

I love this shirt!! I have 5 different colors and wear them a lot. I wear them to work, parties, hiking, on the boat, everywhere. They have great temperature control and when I sweat it dries quickly, they are also very soft and comfortable.

Perfect weight and cut. I love the simple and features that are not displayed like badges. Some outdoor shirts let you know by having extra pockets and useless zippers and grommets located in strange areas. This shirt covers all the bases and does it cleanly.
