I don't know if it is because we are exhausted after a long, hiking day or if the mail is just that good but after hiking all day with two kids, they scarfed it up thank goodness we had some instant potatoes to go along with it or mama would've been left out. Definitely a good option on the trail.

Beef Stroganoff Classic is delicious. Seemed to have more mushrooms in the Classic recipe, but may have just been a coincidence. Great having the extra serving when you are sharing and working outdoors in these cooler temperatures. Gotta love a Classic!
