This is the third I've owned but the redesign has made it genuinely unwearable -- The collar is an inch higher than before, resulting in it constantly brushing the face. When zipped up, it's far too high and rubs the chin. Without a zipper garage, that high zipper snags whiskers. It's so uncomfort...

Plastic zippers!? Really! The quality sucks. I have two other Apex bionic jackets, and this one is of inferior quality. Plastic zippers, the coat is 2 inches long and looks awkward. I love the color, but less heft to it. I will not support these changes North Face and others did, would NF make the changes back. Disappointing!

Well designed and made. Fit seems tight--or maybe I've gained weight. Collar stands up and constantly bumps back of head or ears. Maybe I'll get used to it.
