Love this jacket, I have 2 TNF in the women's and i have a problem with the sleeves being too short, I read a review where someone had purchased a men's jacket because it was sold out in women's, and that the men's jacket worked out better due to the sleeves being longer. Worked great to keep out the wind and rain. Its thin, of course, so I combine it with an insulating layer (Thermoball) and the two are surprisingly effective. Even in 20* and light snow, I was only slightly cold wearing these two layers.
