This is a very well designed water bottle and holder. The pack fits snugly against the body and is not felt while running. The water bottle easy to access without changing pace...and has a loop to further secure the bottle should you do added motion bounding on trails. I've had a number of belts over the years, and this is by far my favorite.

One size fits all means the waist strap is too long for most. Love the bottle size and shape. Material is not as durible as previous model. Would rather have old design where bottle snugly fit in holster vs new design that requires strap to keep bottle from falling out.
