How it works
Getting your rental gear DoorDashed is pretty darn easy. Just select the DoorDash delivery option on the rental product page as you're ordering your rental gear. Check to make sure your ZIP code is within our delivery radius, and finish checking out!
When your Dasher is on their way, they'll text you to let you know. Though your rentals will be delivered packaged up, we still recommend being at home to receive your gear. We will always have your rentals DoorDashed to you at least a day before your rental starts, so you'll have time to try on your gear and make adjustments if needed.
need help with sizing? Try our fitfinder tool
The most complicated part about renting gear, especially ski gear, is getting the ski boot sizing right. Luckily, we have a ton of experience fitting new skiers into our ski boots, and we folded all that experience into a handy dandy FitFinder tool that takes your skier level and shoe sizes across multiple different types of shoes - as well as your foot measurements if needed - to recommend the right boot for you. If you're really unsure about your sizes, our best recommendation is always to come into any of our stores to be sized in person. You can always note your sizes and reserve your rentals on your schedule later on!
How to use alpine bindings
Once you receive your rental skis, you'll want to ensure that the Z-value (DIN setting) on your bindings matches the value emailed to you by our rentals team. You'll also want to practive entering and exiting your alpine bindings safely. Luckily, we have a video to help guide you with both of those!
