Warm, versatile, fashionable, layer-able(!). I have 3 of these in different colours and take at least one with me (usually 2) when I head outdoors in the winter. Sometimes I wear one as a head band, and the other around my neck. Other times I pull the one around my neck up over the back of my toque,...

poor fit
I am disappointed in the fit of the Flexi Chute. I had expected it would be at least somewhat snug around the neck. As it is, it leaves a gaping hole around my neck, and fully exposed to cold wind. I tried it x-country skiing this weekend and took it off halfway as it was doing nothing for me. Given...

I love this neck warmer. It's soft and comfortable, was reasonably priced, breathes well, and even is a nice color. I wear it on the bike in colder temps and I like that I can very easily tug it up to cover my nose and cheeks, but it's just as easy (easier, in fact) to drop it back down again, which is handy when you need more air for a climb or other harder effort. It dries quickly and easily and doesn't get stinky and gross, but when you do need to wash it, it's straightforward. A winner all around!
All purpose 'must-have'
Great piece of multi-purpose kit to stow away on any outing or adventure. Used as a face-protector for climbing, tramping, biking; also used as a neck-scarf and a bandana. Potential to get nicked by wife for a headband and ear-warmer.
Warm without discomfort
I've been a big fan of the market leader of this type of neck-wrap - but I've not got on with any of their 'winter' options - I've found the fleece versions too itchy. The merino version is just perfect. Comfort - I forget it's there. Warm - it sits around my neck and happily pulls up over ears and face to seal away from rain and cold. The wool also seems to behave better in rain than polyester. The poly fabric fills up with rain and blocks breathing. I've been cycling a couple of times now in rain and this does not happen with this merino version. Yay! :)
Warm and Breathable
Nice warmth and breathable, my snowboard goggles didn't fog up when the flexi chute was covering my face. Super comfy and I like the stripe design. Love it, would definitely recommend to others. Icebreaker is my favorite brand. I'm actually wearing an old asymmetrical Icebreaker zip up in my photo :)

So comfy!
FLEXI CHUTE is a must have, when sporting out in cold weather. Very comfortable and gives great warm. Also you can wear it so many different ways!
Fantastic winter product
I have had mine for a year. Truly one of my favorite winter items! I use it for hiking in mountains, or walking around the city. Last year used it in Nepal for 2-week trek to Everest Base Camp. Not only did it keep me warm (and humidify the dry, high altitude air) - it kept the dust from the trail out of my nose and mouth! I also wore it while sleeping for added warmth (and again, the humidifier effect!). Just wore it two weeks ago on overnight in White Mountains in NH - great to keep your face warm while hiking, and also in the sleeping bag for your exposed face. Easily adjusts up to cover nose, or lower down for just mouth - or just neck. Wool does NOT build up odor - so stays amazingly fresh. Comfortable and smooth on skin. Warm. Easy to wash and hang to dry. Mine is a year old with heavy use and still good as new. Excellent construction. I would consider this an essential product for any winter outdoor activity. Two thumbs up!
Warmth and versatility
I've had mine for about a week, so not a whole lot of experience with it yet. However, I've managed to wear it as a neck gaitor, a hat and over my face in freezing temperatures and it handled all three modes with aplomb. It's not thick which is nice, but it's still warm. It's also fairly soft. I wore it biking over my lower face and it made an appreciable difference, though of course the inside gets wet from the condensation coming out of your mouth. But it dries quickly. Wearing it over my face, the material extended all the way down to my chest too. I also like the blue that I got. It subtly stands out to my eyes. I considered getting the heavier one but I'm glad I got this one as it seems to be doing the job and could potentially be useful for more than just winter.
nice, comfortable , cool look
nice product, i would buy again. you can use it for casual or sport
works equally well for a toddler and her dad!
I bought this for both my daughter and my husband, and they both love it. It's obviously a looser fit on the three-year-old, but it's still warm, and it pulls up into a really adorable hood. My one recommendation is that you offer the kids' version in more colors other than black! That's why I bought an adult one for my daughter--she insisted on pink. It's a beautiful color, and the Prussian blue is as well.
