I lost a beloved Columbia windbreaker by leaving it in a fast food place in Bishop (CA). I was despondent, but decided to look at this as a "shopportunity." It was hard to find the right color and fit, but after two stores at the outlet mall, and two department stores, we dropped into Sports Basement, and there it was! Except, not in my size. The staff was very helpful, and walked me through the process to secure it from a sister SB. I had it within a week, at an excellent price. Another Columbia, just a slightly different color, and brand new. I'm jazzed.
