Finally a tall sock that fits my calves!
I use this for snowboarding and backcountry touring on my Splitboard. I'm a big fan of zero cushion to pair with my snowboarding boots (while I do targeted cushion when skiing). I got myself and my partner obsessed with these as we are both athletic with strong calves. Most all tall socks end up cut...

Finally a great ski sock for larger calfs!
Finally ski socks that are comfortable and don't pinch at the top. Highly recommend for ladies like me that have larger calfs.
Yes, highly recommended
Great socks and they stay up really well!
Perfect for winter wear in office
The most comfortable wool sock I own. These are perfect thinness for dress shoes, yet super warm!
Motorcycle track boot approved!
I use these in my motorcycle track boots. So comfortable and have a lux feel.
Great for wide calves!
Great for wider calves, really thin and not bulky.
A good quality sock.
A gift for granddaughter.
Comfortable, but too thin.
I use this sock to keep my feet warm in the house. It doesn't work very well alone. But it is comfortable at the knee,

Absolutely abominable customer service
I'd write a raving review, if I actually ever received my socks. Dear Smartwool, I'm writing this review with deep frustration and immense disappointment. I've been a loyal customer of Smartwool for years. As a ski patroller, their socks have been an essential part of my gear, and I've always counted on their quality to get me through tough conditions. But this recent experience has completely shattered my trust in their company. After retiring two pairs of my old Smartwool socks—after years of wear—I was excited to purchase a new pair online. They were on sale, which was the only way I could afford them, as full-price pairs are out of my reach. Despite their claim of 3-day shipping, it has now been 10 days, and I still don't have my socks. The real insult here is their abysmal customer service. Their only solution was to offer a refund after five business days of no tracking update—not five days of no delivery, but no update. So on top of the processing and packing time, and the time it took them to get to the day of delivery, I now have to wait five extra business days to qualify for a refund. What kind of arbitrary, lazy standard is this? Not only did they refuse to expedite a replacement, but the socks I ordered are now out of stock. So even if I wait for this refund, I can't replace what I originally purchased. I'm left with nothing. Tomorrow, I start my ski patrol season, and thanks to their company's lack of urgency and accountability, I'll be heading into work without the gear I depend on. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a betrayal of the trust I've placed in your brand. You've had my loyalty for years, but this experience has soured that completely. I expected better from a company I've admired and supported. But this isn't just poor service—it's thoughtlessness, and it's unacceptable. Disappointed and frustrated.
