These boots run very small and lack basic comfort. I considered maybe buying an insert to add cushion and arch support but they shoes were too small for that anyway. I sent them back but don't think they'll be comfortable enough to try again in a bigger size. I hope that Sorel works on making boots...

I love the shoe. I have been eyeing this style for a LONG time. At first, I bought my normal shoe size but they were too tight on the top of my foot so I returned them and bought a half size up. Now they feel a little too big but they work with a thicker sock. Wish they fit better but I still love them.

I tell people, "I forget that I have shoes on when I wear these." That's how comfortable they are. My feet are very narrow as well as flat, so I sometimes have to settle for uncomfortable shoes, and I'm so happy that I have these to wear in the wintery, wet weather. They hold up well!
New design doesn't meet the mark

New design doesn't fit like the old Emelie boots I've worn for years. The shaft is taller and smaller/tighter so they rub on my lower calf and bruise my legs. Miss the old ones. The quality appears fine but I cant wear them so who knows.

Love these! Have several pairs of Sorel boots/ies. Love the grippy gum sole & the waterproof leather is perfect for snowy Idaho weather conditions. The color is perfect, goes with everything & also love the pull-on style vs zipper or lace-up.

Not like last years Emelie Chelsea boot. Runs small! I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe, without a struggle. And it's very disappointing there's no exchange process online. Makes the process more of a thing.

Very nice looking, comfortable boot. The color can be worn with blacks or tan- nice shade between the two. I usually wear an 8.5 to 9 and I ordered the 9. It's perfect with room for thicker socks.
