Outstanding choice for stomach and side sleeper

I bought this before a trip to coastal northern BC. It was about 5*C at night and humid. I am a stomach and side sleeper who tends to toss and turn a lot. This sleeping bag was amazing, comfortable, warm and also lightweight! It fit in a carry on pack on the plane, squished down amazingly in a 40 litre pack (just over a 3rd of the space in the pack). I loved the gills and zip locations, the front that has the hood flap was surprisingly helpful to build and control temperature and there was enough space in the hood for a camping pillow and arms while keeping warm. I love this sleeping bag, best one I've ever owned.

I was skeptical of the spoon shape and how well it would actually work for me as a side sleeper, but it is truly the best sleeping bag I have tried. The temp rating is accurate and the gill ventilation zippers actually make a difference when you are too warm. I run cold and can use the 30 degree bag down to 40 degrees comfortably, which is a huge upgrade considering I was freezing in my last 30 degree bag in 45 degrees. My one complaint is that it is a bit heavy in weight, but I think the extra ounces are worth it considering how great a night of sleep I can get in it. Also, I am 5'5 and the regular length works great for me; I don't think the long version is necessary unless you are taller than 5'6. I may have to get the 15 too!

I purchased this sleeping bag primarily because it was "Endless Promise" but have no regrets because it is very warm and better than expected. Excellent loft and comfort. Love the gills for ventilation when needed and the collar for more temperature control. The sustainability is extremely important to me, but paired with the quality I'm very happy with it.
