Uggs never get old. They are still the best in terms of comfort and warmth in the winter. I love slipping into them even with bare feet just to walk the dog. I scotchguarded them myself to keep them looking good for years. I bought the black this time so I even feel stylish when I'm wearing all black! And they are the easiest to wear when I go skiing to be able to get them off and on at the lodge.

I have returned more items from UGG in the last year than I have purchased because of quality control issues. The boots are either too small, not consistent in sizing meaning one boot is larger than the other boot. The fabric on the inside is threadbare. Sadly, I believe I will be looking for another company to supply sheepskin boots because UGG is more interested in making money and using the brand name that used to be high-quality for putting out subpar products. And don't get me started on this UGG plush garbage.

I've been wearing Uggs for many years and usually they're well-made but not this pair. The boots had smudges on them and debris sticking to them. The construction was also shoddy: the back seams were not lined up in the middle of the boot and the 'ribbon' that is sewn around the upper part of the boot wasn't the same thickness all around. It's probably not a big deal for some people but the attention to detail just wasn't there so I'm going to return them.

I have purchased many UGG products and generally speaking, I have always been very satisfied. However, this last purchase of UGG Classic Short II Boots has me wondering what's happened to UGG's quality. I will not get into the problems I had with having to exchange the boots twice. I'm only going to talk about the boots I finally received and kept. I feel the quality of the boots has gone down significantly in the lining. There isn't enough of it and it doesn't feel as soft as previous pairs I've owned. My feet don't feel as softly caressed and warm and comfortable. That may sound weird, but it feels so good to put those boots on and walk around in softness and warmth. I feel these feelings are lacking in the boots I have now.

I love Uggs and finally wore a pair our after 8 years! Ordered the natural which was pictures with a natural color sole. Unfortunately, the upper is natural, but the sole is darker brown. Just kept it to prevent waste but would have prefers what is/ was pictured!

The size is not correct I've been a 8 and these are super huge if there was a zero rating I would give it. Not like the REAL UGHS the lining is not real sheepskin it's some synthetic garbage. Horrible quality
