For a shoe company that makes billions of revenue, do you not have staff to test the shoes before you launch them? You have people pay $100+ for these shoes that cause them continuous frustration to wear. It is like walking with two huge foam bricks tied to my feet, and they fall off with every step...

I love the design so chic and cute but uncomfortable on the heel. It rubs on the back of your heel when you walk. I'm a size 8 I got a size 8 the size 7 was to tight and was giving toe prints in the front the size 8 was a perfect fit but it rubs on the back of my heel.

Ouch, the rubbing is a no-go, for sure. We suggest you try wearing them with thicker socks, for extra protection against rubbing.
